How Maior Group customises professional clothing

Every company in the food or catering industry has specific needs, which is why we build a tailor-made path together with the customer, designed to comply with health and hygiene regulations, integrate internal DVR requirements and adapt to IFS and BRC standards. From the design of the professional clothing through to production and eventual washing management, at Maior Group we follow every step with attention to detail. Analysis of operational needs

Each professional garment is born from a functional study consistent with the brand image. We analyse operational needs and company flows to define the most suitable style for different roles.

Made-to-measure design

We graphically design every detail: technical fabrics, colours, finishes and functional accessories, according to DVR indications and complying with regulations. The result is practical and safe clothing.

Samples and prototypes

The key step in evaluating workwear before final production. At MAIOR GROUP we make prototypes to be tested in-house, to verify comfort, functionality and compliance with regulations.

Workwear production

We start the production of professional clothing, even on a large scale, maintaining high quality standards and control at every stage. We meet agreed deadlines, ensuring consistency and durability.

Professional clothing certification

Customised professional garments comply with company DVRs and IFS/BRC standards, with detectable and safe details: detectable buttons, anti-wear fasteners and anti-fall pockets are the minimum standard.

Delivery and warehousing

We manage the direct or centralised delivery of garments, including warehousing and logistics services on request. We guarantee stock monitoring, traceability and punctuality in every shipment.

Rental and industrial washing

At the customer's request, the Maior Group offers rental and industrial washing services in cooperation with certified partners. The customer can thus optimise costs and maintain the hygiene and conformity of the garments over time.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

In addition to customised professional clothing, at MAIOR GROUP we provide a network of integrated services to simplify the management of company clothing in companies in the food sector. The customer can choose to activate the supply only, or extend the service to rental, industrial washing, warehouse management or recycling. Thanks to partnerships with leading companies in the sector in China and Taiwan, My Plastic can count on 55 injection moulding machines and a team of 20 engineers to support customers in product design and optimisation. The product study also includes the choice of the most suitable compound and the opportunity to integrate special resins to give the products fireproof, antibacterial and anticorrosive characteristics.
